  • Precision Molding: Using high-speed IS (Individual Section) machines, the molten glass is dropped into molds and blown into its final shape with surgical precision.

  • Controlled Cooling: Every bottle passes through a cooling lehr to relieve internal stress, ensuring the glass is durable and shatter-resistant.
